Defence News Nexus ("we", "us", "the Site") operates defencenewsnexus.in as an independent, privately-run defense and aerospace news commentary platform. This Privacy Policy explains what limited information we collect from visitors, why, and what rights you have over it under Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

This is standard web server behaviour, not something we actively analyse or profile individuals with.

We do not currently run third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts on the Site. If this changes in the future, this Policy will be updated in advance of the change taking effect.

These third parties operate under their own privacy policies, which we do not control. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of any third-party site or service you interact with via links or embeds on our Site.

Grievance/contact submissions are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the matter and to maintain a record for legal compliance purposes, after which they may be deleted.

We take reasonable technical measures appropriate to the limited data we hold. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy
