The ISRO Chairman delivered a keynote address on the topic 'Future of Humans Space Flight in LEO' (Low Earth Orbit), setting the stage for a panel discussion on 'Exploration post International Space Station.' During the summit, Dr Narayanan had a meeting with Dr Josef Aschbacher, Director General of ESA, and signed agreements to enhance cooperation in human and robotic exploration, space weather, and sustainability. The agreements extended the validity of the existing ISRO-ESA cooperative agreement till 2032, solidifying India's space ties with Europe.

The delegation also visited the Toulouse space center of CNES and had a meeting with the President of CNES. The ISRO Chairman reviewed the progress in developing the payload for the ISRO-CNES joint satellite mission 'TRISHNA.' Additionally, he met with Mr. Phil Evans, Director General of the European Organisation for the Exploitation of Meteorological Satellites (EUMETSAT), and exchanged the ISRO-EUMETSAT Implementing Arrangement for scientific cooperation.
