The deal is expected to boost Sigma's revenue and profitability in the coming years. The company's consolidated net profit declined 69.61% to Rs 23.90 crore in Q1 FY27, compared with Rs 125.55 crore posted in Q4 FY26. However, net sales jumped 15.94% QoQ to Rs 374.28 crore in Q1 FY27.
