The Annual Anti-Hijacking Mock Exercise (AHME)–2026 was conducted at CISF ASG Navi Mumbai on 22.09.2026, as per the approved contingency plan. This exercise simulated the landing of a hijacked aircraft at Navi Mumbai Airport, bringing together 12 agencies to demonstrate coordinated preparedness and effective inter-agency response.
The participating agencies included CISF, NMIAL, Local Police, ARFF, IB, NSG, Airlines, Medical Services, ATC, Krystal, and BOI. These agencies worked together to respond to the simulated hijacking scenario, showcasing their commitment to aviation security.
